Victor got right down to business and was able to get me approved on the vehicle with better rates than I expected. He knew the vehicle inside and out, he offered me warranty at cost and he was a pleasure to deal with. I was in and out in a hurry and they never pressured me into anything. Well the guy Roni is thoroughly knowledgable, made it extremely easy, helped and gave answers to anything I have in mind even out of the deal. AMAZING service and one of the FEW GENUINE Used car dealerships around. This one might have a small lot but a HUGE Customer Service and HONEST Staff and CEO you will ever meet. They give the big guys a run for their service.Quality vehicles in stock and decent pricing, why buy new when you can get quality for cheap.....Angelo (CEO) was great he was accommodating to me as I had ran into some issues prior before the purchase and kept the vehicle aside until i returned a month later. Salesman Victor was amazing as well. Friendly faces and great service! Even Audi Midtown (yes AUDI) commented on how reputable they are when I was doing the vehicle inspection before purchase.Best used car I have ever purchased Audi A6 V8!! Thanks again BMA TEAM!! I recently purchased Audi Q7 from Angelo Georgoussis at Benchmark Automotive, Scarborough. I just wanted to write a quick review and thank you note to you Angelo and your team for your honesty, dedication and professional service both before and after purchase of my car. The whole process of buying car was quick and a great experience. I wanted to pick the car on Sunday and Angelo was kind enough to open the showroom for us just to collect the keys and take the car. Angelo took care of a mechanical issue in my car after few weeks of purchase and got that fixed out of his own pocket. Excellent! This was by far the best car buying experience. I was looking for this particular car over the years and was fortunate to find it at Benchmark. I visited the dealership just when the dealership had received the vehicle. It was on the hoist with wheels off for refinishing. Angelo was apologetic. I purchased the car and he ensured me that small repairs and refinishing would be done. Unfortunately, I could not make it to the dealership on regular business hours, so Angelo went out of his way and met me on a sunday to pick up the car. True to his word, the car was in perfect condition and all the small things were fixed including things that I was not worried about or even asked to be done. Truly an excellent dealership and Angelo genuinely cares about his customers.

I walked in after seeing an ad for a car I was looking for. I also had a trade-in that I brought with me. I met with Nick and Noah and immediately was given great service, top dollar for my trade-in, and reasonable negotiations. They were very transparent and honest. I asked for some of the vinyl wrap to be removed and they are even taking care of that. Overall great experience, would definitely deal with again!

I had the good luck of seeing a post by Benchmark Auto in Woodbridge , and was then extremely fortunate in that I was put in touch with Noah. Noah is one of the best out there. Well what else can I add in this review that hasn't already been said by the countless satisfied customers of Benchmark Automotive! I had my eye on this baby online for over 6 months, and when the time was right for me, I re-connected with Noah whom I originally contacted about the car.I found him to be very upfront, and approachable. Being a corvette enthusiast and DIY home self made mechanic I had many questions for him, and he endeavoured to answer all my questions to the best of his ability. Our negotiations were fair and pleasant with "no high pressure"tactics used. Usually when I buy online I like to read many reviews about the business to try to get a "feel" for their operation.
